Cancellation & Refund Policy
Course Registration & Payment
All registrations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in writing. By registering for a course, participants agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Participant Cancellations (Hybrid, In-Person & Live Courses)
- Participants may cancel or withdraw from a course within five (5) days of registration and may be eligible for a refund minus a 20% administrative fee.
- Cancellations or withdrawals made more than five (5) days after registration are not eligible for any refund, regardless of course start date or attendance.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Failure to complete
- Considered incomplete, treated as a late cancellation and not eligible for a refund.
Substitutions
Participants may transfer their registration to another eligible attendee at no additional charge, provided written notice is received within 48 hours of the registration. Dental Training Canada reserves the right to allow such transfer.
Online / On-Demand Courses
- Once access to an online or on-demand course has been granted, all sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued due to partial completion, lack of use, or change of circumstances.
Course Transfers / Credits
At our discretion, we may offer:
- A course credit applicable to a future course of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months, or
- A one-time transfer to a different course date
This may be offered in lieu of a refund, particularly for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date.
Course Cancellations by Dental Training Canada
In the unlikely event that Dental Training Canada must cancel or reschedule a course (in full):
- Participants will be offered a full refund or
- The option to transfer to a future course date
Dental Training Canada is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at our discretion in cases of:
- Serious illness or medical emergencies
- Other extraordinary circumstances
Supporting documentation may be requested.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
